Varifarma in transplant. Busulfan Varifarma injectable is indicated, in combination with cyclophosphamide, as a conditioning regimen prior to hematopoietic allogeneic transplantation of progenitor cells for chronic myeloid leukemia. The EV administration of the drug allows a Predictable Pharmacokinetics, avoiding erratic gastrointestinal absorption and digestive intolerance.
